As a Registered Nurse Psychotherapist, I bring both clinical expertise and a deep understanding of mental and physical well-being to my practice.

On the Pulse Counselling Services
After nearly two decades in healthcare - as a public health nurse, consultant, and leader - I saw firsthand how stress, burnout, relationships and life’s pressures impact mental well-being. I worked with families navigating major life transitions, professionals striving for balance, and individuals feeling overwhelmed by the weight of expectations.
Through these experiences, one thing became clear: people needed accessible, compassionate, and practical support to help them navigate life’s challenges. That’s why I founded On the Pulse Counselling Services - to create a space where individuals and families can feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
