-
How do online therapy sessions work?Online therapy is a convenient and secure way to receive support through a confidential video platform (I use the Jane App). These sessions offer the same personalized care as in-person therapy, with the added flexibility to access them from any private space. You’ll be able to work through challenges in a way that fits your schedule and lifestyle.
-
What can I expect from my first session? The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll discuss what brought you to counselling, your goals, and how I can best support you. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions about the process.
-
How many sessions will I need? The number of sessions varies depending on your needs and goals. Some clients find relief in just a few sessions, while others prefer ongoing support. We’ll work together to determine the best approach for you.
